Who are Stock Brokers?
Stock Brokers are the licensed holders who are empowered to accept the buy and sell orders from individuals and institutional clients and make transactions on their behalf at NEPSE. So to buy or sell a stock in Secondary Market one needs to go via a broker. This is mandatory. These brokers have a standard commission rates ranging from 0.7% - 1.0%.
