Week in Preview (Dec-19-10 to Dec-25-10)

Market Outlook: Bullish

After hitting and moving below the psychological level of 400, NEPSE is now all set to make the positive move. The news by NRB Governor is expected to take NEPSE above the 400 mark this week. However, lack of concrete actions by NRB, in this regard, will again drag the NEPSE below 400.

On the technical front, as predicted, NEPSE bounced off from the 390 levels (support level) last week. We now expect NEPSE to trade between 390 and 410-415 (resistance level) in the coming days.
